Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, Pet Paradise Supermarket, Inc. will accept a return for store credit on most unopened/unused items, with tags or in the original packaging, and proof of purchase within 14 days. We are unable to accept returns on the following items if they have been opened or used: treat bags, bones & chews, canned or pouch food, supplements/ CBD products, toys and frozen items. Absolutely no returns on clothing, collars, leashes & harnesses, and pet beds. Returns that do not meet these stipulations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied!

Clearance merchandise are final sale.

 

Refunds

Refunds for items must be returned in-store and will be processed at the time of returned transaction and will receive in-store credit only. 

 

Proof of Purchase

Acceptable proof of purchase is defined as a physical, emailed, or digital receipt from Pet Paradise Supermarket, Inc. Purchases unable to produce a receipt in any of the stated methods are not eligible for return.

Deliveries

By placing your order through our website you are agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. Orders must be placed by 1:30 pm Monday-Saturday and get it delivered the same day! There will be no deliveries on Sunday. Orders will be delivered between 3:30 pm-7:00 pm. Orders placed after 1:30 pm will be fulfilled the next day. The minimum purchase for free delivery is $5.00+. No returns on Clothing, Collars, Leashes & Harnesses, Toys, and Pet Beds. If not satisfied with the purchase you have 7 calendar days from your purchase date to return the item for in-store credit only. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Package (s) will be left at your door unless special instructions are provided (no inside delivery). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are delivered.
